thers an easier way to transition through the chords, have ur pointer on 8th fret 6th string ring ginger on 8th fret 4th strin midle finger on 8th fret 3rd string and pinky on 8th fret 2nd string. and wen u pick, u only pick strings 643 then u move ur pointer 2 the 7th fret 4th string and move ur midle finger to 8th fret 6th string and pick strings 5432, it just feel easier that way just saying.

I think an easier way to play the chorus is

(same tab)

3x33xx = Index, Middle, Ring

x323xx= Middle, Index Ring

5x55xx= Index, Middle, Ring

x545xx= Middle, Index, Ring.

only the index and middle switch, ring stays the same in those chords.
