But I enjoy the people who don't fight when I wanna fool around but they are also easy as shit to beat... but I know how it ruins the game for other people which is why there needs to be like a peacefull mode where they can hang

wow.... i find it funny how people complain about campers and that they have no skill... to be honest im pretty skilled at a couple of chrs nto pro but pretty skilled but i sometimes do tauting parties when im bored. really though if u are getting ganged up like i did once when i was in a brawlnig mood i used my eneimes aginst each other by gonig into them then having them attack each other... not that hard if u can dodge well..
@Marioyoshiguy64 No sweeping as in, not just reffering to one person, a generalization targeting a group of people, maybe even several groups.
I've played TimeSplitters 2 and Future Perfect, and believe me L4D is completely different, first of all there is no seperate singleplayer story mode, all the Campaigns are the same multiplayer levels used for co-op and Versus modes.
You can play as any of the four Survivors in any of the modes, but only in Versus mode can you play as the Infected, however it is not possible to play as the Common Infected, you can only play as the Special (Boss) Infected, with the exception of the Witch.
Hunter, Boomer, Smoker and when it appears one lucky player get's control of the Tank. Unlike TimeSplitters any of the Infected you control keep all of their abilities the AI got to use.
Though having played L4D2 I prefer it to the original mostly due to Realism Versus.
Whichever L4D anyone plays, the Infected side will always attempt to use the absolute cheapest tricks a Brawl Camper knows to bring down the Survivor team, because that's what the game is designed for and the Survivors have to watch out for Infected players going for one hit kills, like charging a Survivor off a ledge and out of bounds.

You'd think people would have better things to do with their time and money than spend it all on a game they don't want to play and change the rules to something that dosn't exist.
If you want to piss aout online and ruin everyone else's fun, why not get Left 4 Dead? It encourages a Camper's playstyle with the Versus mode.
Also every time someone else got the Smash Ball, guess who the user aimed for, better yet gues who the user DIDN'T AIM FOR.
I got away from two players who were grouped up and one player using Snake Final Smashed and shot ME, the other two were right next to eachother, but instead of going for 2 KOs they aimed for ME, when the Dragoon started appearing in one match I almost burst a vein, I had to do whatever possible to make sure nobody had all 3 pieces.
@Marioyoshiguy64 I've just spent the entire night moving from group to group being mobbed by three, planking, camping, spamming horrors (thumbs up for not swearing) I did quit several matches, but problem is.
Brawl is a fighting game, I wanted to fight in a fighting game... Really what's so strange about FIGHTING in a FIGHTING GAME, main problem I had was after they started mobbing me, they did it EVERY SINGLE MATCH FROM THE START.
I can't join a Basic Brawl anymore without finding a group of campers....I can't fight 'em, 3 on 1, I won't win. Even if I leave the match for another, I get more campers, or I end up in the match I just left! They're taking over the system!! IT'S HOPELESS!!!! RESISTANCE IS FUTILE!!!! Even when I've done that I still end up going back to the same people right after because they use the same characters and do nothing but taunt. I've tried it and I didn't like it. @cjszero01 you have not even touched on the worst of basic brawl: most of the time i get people who seem to team up and others just stay away until you attack them, there by teaming up against you. I faced a wario and a zelda( i was link), even though i was down 1 point with 5 seconds remaining i knock out wario and won, then quit(this was in basic brawl). That's why i like team battle better.
@cjszero01 that your freindlly and not taking it seriouslly (freindlly fights like these can be very good caus they wont be cheap becaus winning dosnt matter much, its a show of skill) if the other campers take it that you trying to start a fight is bad then leav the party cause youll be piled. hope that helps. ^-^

Back to the point, is their a real term for players who don't fight in With Anyone mode, in BRAWL? I mean all WE seem to do is stupid/fun shit the entire match? Reading through all these comments, tigerstripe97's comments were absolutely ridiculous.
Campers are mostly the Brawl version of Griefers who play to ruin the game for other people, imagine two Brawlers and two campers, one of the Brawlers just sucks, the Campers both bully the best Brawler and force it to Sudden Death on the Temple Stage over and over again.
In Sudden Death they edgehog until one of them messes up.
Anyone here who admitted to Camping and said that it's us real Brawlers who should stop playing the game, while accusing us of ruining a Camper's fun, should face the reality that they're Griefing and have no right to tell us how to play the game, the game they've stopped playing.

Well almost always, this last Saturday you and everyone else were nowhere to be found, so I went in randoms and oh my god I've never seen Samus or ZSS used so well, I didn't even know it was possible to be that good with them.

3 Sonic Campers on Final Destination, Smash Balls are on, yeah since they were working as a team they were very coordinated and Super Sonic only ever aimed for me, I managed a few good dodges, but still lost.
I only brawl with firends and in team battle. I only go to basic brawl to camp and taunt, what's the point anyway? Probably 90% of people in basic brawl have no skill. They're either spammers or item users.
When people do that in online they usually want to make an alliance with someone if it isn't already team battle.
Aka the people who got tired of the same battles over and over again and want to relax and have fun while playing the game instead of getting all tense over wanting to win.
that would be the case for some campers but most of them want to wreck the fun of online. next smash game nintendo should report campers when they camp and get banned at one point

once i found the worst campers that teamed up it was a ness and a lucas they would always choose hyrule temple and spam pk thunder and fire and they tried to make it suddendeath all the time and (this is where they get real bitchy) what they would is go in the little hole in hyrule temple and heal each other with down bs and pojectiles and taunt for ages until they got hit by a bomb (which they would heal off)

In Brawl, a camper is a player who just runs around a stage taunting. Some have been known to go to extreme measures and put other players into a position so that said camper can get a cheap KO.

I hate when you are having a decent fight on Temple. Then the person using Kirby just taunts at the bottom of the map, and they end up WINNING because they didn't get any deaths..
I did that too with some bad results. I also have some good news for brawlers. Through careful research, I have found strategies that may make a camper get tired of camping and actually fight.
1. Campers always seem to choose big stages with no obstacles. Choose either a small stage or a stage with plenty of obstacles, and you might have an advantage.
2.If there is more than one camper, they may team up with each other. Do your best to keep them far away from each other as possible and KO them.
Extra tidbit: Some campers I have faced changed their characters into mine and mock me. If that happens to you, SHOW THEM NO MERCY!
Oh yeah I noticed the first and second, though I've never experienced the last one. Campers love the stages where they can run and hide the most. That's why Ive grown to hate the Great Temple.

@Marioyoshiguy64 I've just spent the entire night moving from group to group being mobbed by three, planking, camping, spamming horrors (thumbs up for not swearing) I did quit several matches, but problem is.
Brawl is a fighting game, I wanted to fight in a fighting game... Really what's so strange about FIGHTING in a FIGHTING GAME, main problem I had was after they started mobbing me, they did it EVERY SINGLE MATCH FROM THE START.

I can't join a Basic Brawl anymore without finding a group of campers....I can't fight 'em, 3 on 1, I won't win. Even if I leave the match for another, I get more campers, or I end up in the match I just left! They're taking over the system!! IT'S HOPELESS!!!! RESISTANCE IS FUTILE!!!! Even when I've done that I still end up going back to the same people right after because they use the same characters and do nothing but taunt. I've tried it and I didn't like it. And how am I supposed to find the right server when it does it for me?

@cjszero01 you have not even touched on the worst of basic brawl: most of the time i get people who seem to team up and others just stay away until you attack them, there by teaming up against you. I faced a wario and a zelda( i was link), even though i was down 1 point with 5 seconds remaining i knock out wario and won, then quit(this was in basic brawl). That's why i like team battle better.

@cjszero01 that your freindlly and not taking it seriouslly (freindlly fights like these can be very good caus they wont be cheap becaus winning dosnt matter much, its a show of skill) if the other campers take it that you trying to start a fight is bad then leav the party cause youll be piled. hope that helps. ^-^

@cjszero01 Umm, I'm not new to the things that go on in BRAWL but, I am new to the "lingo" or different terminologies though. Back to the point, is their a real term for players who don't fight in With Anyone mode, in BRAWL? I mean all WE seem to do is stupid/fun shit the entire match? We don't fight unless some random douche bag comes in & starts attacking us, oh & we identify w/ each other by rapidly tapping down on the C-Stick or whatever.

Reading through all these comments, tigerstripe97's comments were absolutely ridiculous.
Campers are mostly the Brawl version of Griefers who play to ruin the game for other people, imagine two Brawlers and two campers, one of the Brawlers just sucks, the Campers both bully the best Brawler and force it to Sudden Death on the Temple Stage over and over again.
In Sudden Death they edgehog until one of them messes up.

Now everytime I go on I swear it's the same people over and over again, mostly campers and I'll be very lucky to Brawl against 3 other people who won't team up on me.

Well almost always, this last Saturday you and everyone else were nowhere to be found, so I went in randoms and oh my god I've never seen Samus or ZSS used so well, I didn't even know it was possible to be that good with them.

The absolute worst thing about Campers is when there's a group of three obviously in contact with eachother.
Choosing the same characters for the battle and using the same taunt at the same time, then ganging up on the other guy just to prove they have no lives.
3 Sonic Campers on Final Destination, Smash Balls are on, yeah since they were working as a team they were very coordinated and Super Sonic only ever aimed for me, I managed a few good dodges, but still lost.

I only brawl with firends and in team battle. I only go to basic brawl to camp and taunt, what's the point anyway? Probably 90% of people in basic brawl have no skill. They're either spammers or item users.

once i found the worst campers that teamed up it was a ness and a lucas they would always choose hyrule temple and spam pk thunder and fire and they tried to make it suddendeath all the time and (this is where they get real bitchy) what they would is go in the little hole in hyrule temple and heal each other with down bs and pojectiles and taunt for ages until they got hit by a bomb (which they would heal off)

In Brawl, a camper is a player who just runs around a stage taunting. Some have been known to go to extreme measures and put other players into a position so that said camper can get a cheap KO.

LOL. I love using Snake now because, since most the time (unless someone really annoys me) I just use Snake and mess around with people and if it's sudden death just blow my self up. And I am not bashing him! I love Snake! But it really annoys me when theres a Peach and she does nothing and some Ike will protect her like his life depends on it! (And yes I am a girl.) I usually main with Zelda but some of the "smash girls" get on my nerves!

whats wrong with camping? Maybe its just pros in the game that are tired of fighting all the time. Spammers are the really annoying ones. and theres no absolete stratagies against campers. Its just a new way to try brawl. Oh and if someone was attacking your friend, wouldn't you help him? THATS WAT CAMPERS DO!!!! I did that too with some bad results. I also have some good news for brawlers. Through careful research, I have found strategies that may make a camper get tired of camping and actually fight.

Here are the anti camper strategies I created:
1. Campers always seem to choose big stages with no obstacles. Choose either a small stage or a stage with plenty of obstacles, and you might have an advantage.
2.If there is more than one camper, they may team up with each other. Do your best to keep them far away from each other as possible and KO them.
Extra tidbit: Some campers I have faced changed their characters into mine and mock me. If that happens to you, SHOW THEM NO MERCY!

Oh yeah I noticed the first and second, though I've never experienced the last one. Campers love the stages where they can run and hide the most. That's why Ive grown to hate the Great Temple.
