The Royal Thai Army is not just the best in SE Asia but one of the best in Asia. It has engaged in many wars are they are very active. Our neighbors do have good equipments but they lack operational and real-life experience. I do believe that the Philippines Army is also very strong because it has trained hard with the US and are very active in the troubled area in their southern region.
French-Thai War (Part of WW2), Korean War (at least 2,000 men with aircrafts), Vietnam War (10,000 volunteers including Queen Cobras), Timor Leste Unrest (sent in Peacekeeping force and Medics) and Iraq War (200 troops)... enough? or u want more?

Thailand has a few carriers.
Most of them carrier helicopters.
Chakri Naruebet is only one that is jet carrier. It can carry about 6 of jets.
It has hospital, cinemas, operation room, dental room,etc.
And it has missiles which is much hi-tect than the best of Khmer missile.
Chakri Naruebet is only jet carrier is Southeast Asia
I believe that Cambodia definitely not has any carrier because Chakri Naruebet is more expensive than 2009 Cambodian's military budget.
