If what you want is rank on mobilizing armies I suggest you purchase the cheapest troops and you join a Tier 2 match. When they timer strikes at 26 minutes you suicide yourself with cannons. You gain a rank and you keep doing this over and over again.

All units at castle then go afk but be sure they stay alive for i think it was 3 mins, then they'll die and you get 1 score, this is the fastest tactic, do this in 10 hours now, congratz you're now rank 300 in mobilising armies ~ go outsite ~ love jagex

MA isnt as hard as this he is saying you just need a shitload of stuff to afk with and suicide after 4 minutes. If NightmareRH actually mentioned suiciding in siege it might paint a slightly more acceptable picture of the horrific minigame. Im not defending it i think its a horrible thing jagex did to us but the rings are worth the 30-40 hrs of your life if you play rs enough. 12 points per hour is easy if you suicide in Siege like the bots. Its only a dead minigame outside of w76 siege.
