  • This won't make your thighs thinner. You can't reduce fat in one area just by concentrating on it. You have to diet and do cardio to reduce body fat percentage all over your body. There's no such thing as spot reduction.

    1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat low "GI" carbs throughout the day)

    2) Choose exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls)

    Ex. Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc.

    3) Perform "HIIT" to boost metaboism.

  • Yeah, Ballarinas can mensturate. The coment before about ballarinas looking sickly, and super skinny etc is just full of crap. My friend is in the English National Ballet and she is not skinny, she is very toned and muscly.

  • @jadoretwilightsaga It's the low body fat that can stop your period. You can be very toned with an extremely low body fat and still be unhealthy

  • @jadoretwilightsaga my sister is a ballerina as well. she (and most of her fellow dancers) are naturally thin but have INCREDIBLE lower body strength. ballet is about being very technically & artistically accurate. if you are too thin, you can't properly execute the technique because you'd have such limited muscle mass.

  • This exercise will only help you if you want TONED thin thighs. It shouldn't bulk you up unless you're using a weight that's too big. If you can't do this a total of 24-30 reps (or half that & then do it again), then you need to decrease the weight. If you can't do several reps, you will bulk. If you want skinny ballerina legs, then develop an eating disorder. Personally, I think ballerinas look sickly. Most of the successful ones can't even menstruate & it's sad.

  • Yes, I tried this. I felt the difference after I workout. Now it part of my exercise regime.

  • This won't make you lose fat in your legs, which is what would make them slimmer, this will build muscle and create bulk. Running will deplete leg muscle and burn fat, that's how you shrink your thighs (i was informed of this by my personal trainer)

  • guys, put a treadmill on an incline and walk for about 15-30 min a day ;P it helps your butt and makes your thighs smaller- worked for me anyway.

  • @123Llife actual there is,, things like strawberries ectra,,,, there not really negitive calories, but people referto them as that, its calories that take more energy to burn than they actualy contain, as in say a strawberrie has 5energy it takes 7energy to burn just that 5, look it up its really good, just no one want to eat just veggys and fruit,, you cant get fat by eatting unproccesed fruit!

  • @xxnevershoutnever186 cross your legs and bend at the waist then try to touch the floor if you can with out too much pain hold it for a little then flip your hands so your fingers are pointing behind you that should prevent any pulled muscles in your legs if your not very flexible try uncrossing your legs or even sitting on the floor

    uh. That's not gonna work bro. She would just fall down and it'd hit her hard, but it'd only hurt slightly, depending really on her position. Unless she can flex her hips and pop her legs out of place, same with breaking her pelvic bone, I doubt it'd fit up there without causing some internal damage.

    About the actual video; lovely workout. I will have to try this. My legs are flexible and i love doing leg workouts since I seem to adore skinny legs. heh.

    first, would i be doing myself damage if i did squats while giving my girlfriend a piggy back? i can do it, because i used to race bmx and my thighs are now HUGE, 20" around just above the knee, 26" at the biggest point!!

    and secondly, another result of the racing, right at the top of the inside of my legs its REALLY tight, there's like a tendon/muscle that feels like a tube shape? it hurts when i try and stretch it/do the splits, is there anything i can do to get more flexible?

  • If you wanna slim and tone your thighs fast, this exercise is great but if you perform it after 30-40 mins of cardio ( running or power walking THE Best), you will definitely see the results......but if you only wanna do this exercise to slim your thighs......High reps with either your own body weight or lower weights will get you what you like.....high weights and 10-12 reps will build muscle mass.

  • @LaDyMyStiK660 Reps stands for repetition.....if you c in the video, she bent her lower body down in sitting position about m assuming 12-13 times....dats called reps.

    Ladies ...Ladies...Ladies.....I am saying it again if you are beginner, doesn't know much about this whole exercise world.....forget about this, first simple step u can do is get those thighs on dat treadmill, or do any form of cardio for atleast 30-40 mins and cut down those food portions, I guarantee you the results!!!

  • @r4chl93 squats and lunges are wat i call "kings of exercises" to shape your lower body.....if you are a beginner, start with your own body weight and take it easy, yes you will get sore in the beginning, not quitting is the key.....do dat for 3-4 weeks rest between days and you ll love the results!!!

  • @glamblizz actually on her that's toxic fat not so much muscle, you can tell that she works out hard does not weigh super much but she is still high fat percentage. most likely around 30% fat...if she gets just her fat percentage down to 19-21% her thighs would get very slender even though she has good quality muscle at the same time...to get rid of toxic fat you must cleans with colonics extra fiber and eat only fruits and veggies for 3-4 weeks..and no cooked food!
