FIne I retract my statement of 'hate'. There are more than just a few white racists. There are also more than just a few black, hispanic, and asian criminals. There are even a few dangerous females, but not really, let's get real. There are hardly any goth or gay people that act this way. Each country is different, but white racism is still a huge issue, and capital punishment is a real way to deal with people that act like animals that should be put down. I wondered about clicking 'like' because I wanted to show support but obviously I don't 'like' the video. It is a very thoughtful film, very well made that tells very powerfully an important story. Sadly I never heard of her story till now, probably because I was 7 years old at that time.. but it´s still so shocking and I got the feeling, that many people got this aggressive attitude towards individual and different looking and acting people.

I feel terrible for the boyfriend. I can't imagine going on if my girlfriend died at all, let alone was murdered in such a way. Horrible stuff. And despite this, the violence people from such subcultures are prone to by thugs isn't considered a big deal. One of the many sad things about this is that her death should have proven something, and it didn't.

Yesterday, I was in an opticians, and noticed a wristband on the optician's wrist, and asked what it stood for-as he told me, I remembered the tragic story -and he wrote down Sophie Lancaster Foundation-Years ago there were hippies and punks, and I was one of these! but no one got any physical trouble-jeering, yes, but fortunately no violence or murder. I think violence has got worse over the last decade or two-it is sickening.
I love it when people express themselves and I love it more when people are open-minded. But the only problem I have with people who dress with the gothic style is not really seeing them smile much... I know they're a person just like me... Im actually confused by the 26 dislikes this video has received...My only guess could be the harrowing scenes in the video. I, for one was a little surprised by this at first, but the artist has simply detailed the pain and suffering dealt, not only to the victims but others as well. I listened to the Radio 4 Extra prog yesterday about Sophie and was moved to tears. She was a shining example of all that is good - caring, sensitive and very much her own person. These vile individuals who took her life away embodied the very opposite - a sick inability to tolerate difference. In their eyes, this justified beating her to death, and very nearly her boyfriend also. They should all be doing life. Anyone who is party to such evil should not be exonerated in any way

I feel terrible for the boyfriend. I can't imagine going on if my girlfriend died at all, let alone was murdered in such a way. Horrible stuff. And despite this, the violence people from such subcultures are prone to by thugs isn't considered a big deal. One of the many sad things about this is that her death should have proven something, and it didn't.

Yesterday, I was in an opticians, and noticed a wristband on the optician's wrist, and asked what it stood for-as he told me, I remembered the tragic story -and he wrote down Sophie Lancaster Foundation-Years ago there were hippies and punks, and I was one of these! but no one got any physical trouble-jeering, yes, but fortunately no violence or murder. I think violence has got worse over the last decade or two-it is sickening.

I feel for all that were and still are suffering to this day, for them the pain might never go away because of losing Sophie. I hope she is in a better place now, somewhere she can be who she wants to me.

Sophie's mum came to our school today and showed us this video. My friend were almost in tears. I'm a goth so this situation is very close to me and it sickens me that these sort of things still happen. Sophie's mum is very brave and may Sophie rest in peace.

I carnt watch this any more. I get too attached to it. Me and my girlfriend ALWAYS have our SOPHIE bands on and it makes me sad when people who can be classed as "Gothic" and "Alternative" come up to us and say "Who is Sophie?"... They should know because in a way the Sophie Lancaster Foundation is a charity for US as a Subculture to help US be who we are. Its just sad they dont have the publicity they need to get their goal. Hopefully it will change and they will play a large part to end this.

26 people that disliked this, they were either very ignorant, or just didn't like the video just told it like it was. Exactly how it happened, or maybe its both. The point is, it was all unnecessary, including the death of that poor girl. We are all not the same, because if we were suppose to be, then how come we're so damn different from each other. Im actually confused by the 26 dislikes this video has received...My only guess could be the harrowing scenes in the video. I, for one was a little surprised by this at first, but the artist has simply detailed the pain and suffering dealt, not only to the victims but others as well. Maybe it was the music, but then again, I thought this song was perfect for the video. I really cant see how anybody would dislike this.....
