What's interesting about vids like this is that many times it does not show how the guy/gal is mouthing off to the cops before the beat down takes place. Its also interesting to see how they change from loudmouth badass to whimpering child in less than 2 sec. after they are pounced on. Do any of you even know what a Taser is used for, or why? It is a tool to be used, which happens to be less likely to cause injury to the suspect than going hands on. It is 5 seconds, which allows officers a window to gain control of an individual. Most departments have policy which states that the Taser will be used before going hands on. Officer presence, verbal comands, Taser display, Taser deploy, then physical contact, this use of force escalates up to deadly force.
