I did enjoy this. Press play & enjoy it's simple message. He states to find happiness isn't something that can be held onto or grasped, but a sense that we need to seek. I'm an individual with many thoughts & ideas which become projects. Sometimes, I attempt all projects @ the same time. I am seeking how to meditate to control the many thoughts i have within. This was a good starting point. One love to all.
Kornfield is ok. Kinda too academic at times. I dont understand why he tries to create his own brand, his own products (psychology), like most Westerners.
he sez buddha sed that "just as the great oceans have but one taste the taste of salt so too all of the truth teachings of the Darma the tao of the law have but one taste and that is the taste of freedom". he also sed "Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense."
this is his worst speech ever. He should understand that the very people who feed him are the target of his bias. But the rest is ok. I was annoyed intellectually by a large part of this speach though...
Green Energy for World Peace, is the theme for the novel, "With These Eyes", written by Horst Steiner.

Oh, yeah turn off the TV of distraction and remember the inner voice. A great reminder from one of my favorite teachers.
