He's mirror flipped the video/image. (What's right is now left etc.) Personally I don't get why that makes it any better or worse or even classed as a new video at all.

It is so that when you learn the dance, you can preform the moves exactly as you see them in the video. Should you learn from an original, "un-flipped" version, all of your moves would be backwards from what was originally intended. This way, you are learning them "backwards", so when you dance them, they will be "forwards".

I don't know how much sense that makes, but it works. XD;
