Makeup is supposed to be naturally pretty. Save the glitter for the disco. Nail polish is OUT, even clear. @Ladydelain It's extremely stressful and there aren't any jobs for new grads. I suggest you avoid this major at all costs and find something else that is more respectable than nursing. You will regret it with your LIFE if you waste your time on this field. It's dead-end. I'm a nurse and any other nurse that says otherwise is literally just in complete denial.

@GorillaKingdomFN i m a second year nursing student and i can definitely saw that male nurses are very dearly accepted by the patients and other nurses...in fact when we go into the clinicals the nurses there get so excited to see male nurses lol...its a great profession..i love it so far..i m told by my patients that i made a difference in their day and it means soo much to me...so if u wanna do it..i would say go for it...its wonderful!

Maybe one day when you become an advanced practicing nurse, you will be able to afford one of those houses upon a nice quite private lake. Your parents did a splendid job in bringing you up. You are really kind of masochistic carrying all those extra curricular activities. I worked about 50-60 hours per week while attending nursing school so we are quite alike. Let us know how school is going. I want to hear some stories your patients tell; they were my favorite part of nursing school.

I am going to go to a community college where i live and now that i want to be a nurse, i hear all these prerequisite classes i have to take. Since you're experienced, i wanted to ask you about the career and was wondering am i supposed to take prerequisite classes during the summer since i didnt take some in high school?
It depends on what your nursing school requires... but I had to take Organic Chem, Anatomy and Phys., Microbio, Statistics, Phych. and Developmental Phych....

We had to apply to get into the program.. they looked at our grades...our GPA...other stuff...No! don't be nervous...in my most recent video I kind address the issue of being nervous...like you are...take a look and let me know if it helps! nice scenarie i had a stressful nurisng semester too, i had a adult nursing 1 and medical terminology but i pass now next semester i have adult nursing 2 and psych which starts from jan 12 too. BEST OF LUCK! have a nice trip.
