I have just seen one yesterday....and 3 visuals in total since last year.. All in the Waitakere region....all at different times.... in the one during the day...you could see the whole ship.

I saw a highly unusual sight on the 29th of October, Saturday night. I was on a multi-storey carpark roof right next to the Empire Tavern at around 11pm. A bright white lit object (as bright as a full moon, but about a 5mm circle held at arms length in size relatively) caught my eye when it was above the channel between Rangitoto and Devonport, travelling from east to west. It was acending and descending slightly in a wave motion. It kept moving at a constant speed moving parallel to the ground.

@KroniklyStoned It travelled the distance from Devonport to Massey in about 5 seconds before abruptly disappearing. I worked this distance out to be approx\imately 20km. Speed: 10,000km/h to 14,000km/h! NO jet can travel at this speed (fastest is about 7,000kph: X-15 experimental rocket that broke world speed records.) It was not a meteorite or comet because of the wavy up and down motion it was making while travelling horizontally. What the hell did I see?

I have seen a few before last year in Mission Bay, the most amazing was last year in August i was looking out of a window (day was sunny no clouds around 5:00 pm) i see this bright stationary light after staring for a minute or so it started to blink like switching off, then i see this small dark stationary object rotating and then moves on a straight line and disappear in 2 seconds, this opened my eyes!

with regard to that i dont think i have ever seen any mainstream media cite its sources or research material. only hearsay, personal opinion, speculation and political manipulation/misinformation. independent media should be held in higher regard, considering the frequent citation of scientific research and reference to defence documentation and interviews with indiviuals within those power structures that have first hand experiences

Do you come from a respected and related field? Do you know what UFO even means? It stands for Unidentified Flying Object, meaning, its just that, unidentified. So the fact that you "Think" it's a plane is just further more proof that you can't fully identify this flying object. Man people amaze me. Here is video proof of a UFO!

SECOND: It is "unfortunate" the video is not definitively a UFO in the implied sense. Yes, it's unidentified, so if I think it's plane, that is a valid observation. And not that I need to justify myself to you, but I have been researching the UFO phenomena for many years and actively promote awareness of the subject. This is not proof of anything.

@andrewtp21 An airplane's average speed is 600mph so if this was plane and it was "flying directly toward the cameraman" like you said, then that plane should've passed directly over him at least 3 mins into the video. The UFO was stationary, that's obvious.

@93gtir Planes slow right down near the airport. Atmospheric conditions can make lights magnify and appear to be much closer than they actually are. There was almost identical looking video taken in Perth that even had a classic disk shape when zoomed into that turned out to be aircraft taking alternate glide-paths. Long-time researchers, as well as myself, MISIDENTIFIED THEM as UFO's. Maybe this video is a UFO, but I don't think it is. If you don't accept that, fine.

its the morning light refracting off the bottom of the jet, i`ve seen this exact same thing before when i was flying in commercial airplanes a lot. It Also looks like its hovering because its flying straight away from you, if you would have walked down the hill like 50 feet you would be looking at the same jet minus the light refraction
