Here is the answer from a local railfan. "I think the total order for both EMD and GE was 250 . Out of that EMD got 125 for SD70 ACE and GE got orders for 80 DC and 70 AC on top of what they already have. They are just about finished with the DC but have a AC order they have to finish before the end of the year which is only a small order ( I think about 25 or so AC's)"
