@TheMegaGodOfAnime it's a Visual Novel that came before the ps2 and ds versions, there's not much for intro but you can BUY the first set (1-4) and the second set (5-8) on mangagamer(dot)com for approximately 40$ per (about 80$ total for bost) you can also buy each of the first 4 in the app store for the ipod/iphone for about 6 a pop (20$-25$ for all of them, there's a minor difference in the pc and ipod versions (same graphics and text) I'm also Let's Playing it too btw

I misunderstood which Visual Novel you're talking about, also, I already have all of the original Visual Novels, and I didn't have to pay 40$ for it, in fact, I didn't have to pay any money at all for any of them. It's not that I don't want to support them by BUYING it, it's just that I don't have the money. :P

The extra arcs in this game aren't canon. Only the original arcs, and any Ryu. actually makes, count.

So I don't know all the details of the games I don't know japanese but if Ryu wanted an arc made where Hanyuu's death is canon then it most certainly is canon since it did get made at his request.

@NinjaMuffinMaster Well with Wiki I do check the sites where they get their sources when they write summaries and it is legit and I'm sure the ppl that edit articles stay on stop and delete stuff that isn't true so Wiki should be safe enough to trust. I don't think I've read open source articles I just research from Google, I heard that Ryu wanted the Hanyuu dead ending but I don't know if he did it or asked his crew to do it. But shoudn't it pretty much be considered canon since he wanted it.
