Evolution is not chance. Natural selection is the very opposite of chance, which I'm sure you've been told many times before.
But, let's suppose that it is chance. Completely chance. There's an incredibly small chance that we'd get another heart to evolve. It's unlikely, but so are all the other outcomes. And there has to be an outcome, so you'll always end up with a really unlikely thing.
Your thinking is flawed. a) What makes you think that human beings were created out of "nothing"? Nothingness suggests that at one point not a single thing existed, that there is a timeline to existence. What if there is no timeline? What if existence is eternal, thereby creation also manifesting by virtue of spontaneous and complex innerworkings that may not at all be guided by intelligent design?
2) No one is suggesting mere chance. Scientists theorize about an explosion, meaning that they deem as a possibility rather than a certainty (you imply a certainty).
