  • It will work on my D3100? Please anybody help me because i really dont know about lens....

    Thanks..

  • @risottoporcini It will, don't worry. You just must buy this newer version (1.4G) and not the older one (1.4D).

  • jealous....

  • hezký :-)

  • @janhrebicek Díky :-)

  • nice background music, can you tell me what is the title of it??

  • hey

do you know if any of these lenses are made in Japan?

  • @idiotgo Hi, don't really know. But I guess it could be theoretically possible. This lens was made in China. I have here also the older version (1,4D) and that comes from China as well. Try to use Google, Luke.

  • @idiotgo My 50mm F1:1.2 is made in Japan and is about US$750.00 new.

  • @Xibalba21 I already bought one, unfortunately didn't find a Japanese made. I'm happy with the made in china for now. The dealer who sold it to me was 100% sure its Japanese quality with Chinese assembly. Also I asked around on Nikon and find that the Chinese made is OK. Pls PM. me where did you buy it, thanks!

  • @idiotgo I bought mine on Bhphotovideo. I have a f 1.4 made in china also, and works perfect. Construction is 100 times better in japanesse but pics looks almost the same.

  • studio lukadlo rulezzz, wtz.

  • @SvenSiegmund Děkuji za profesionální komentář :-D

  • How is this lens? Would you recommend it over the older AF 50mm f1.4?

  • @904SF If you have older version (1.4D) then I would you recommend to keep it. It is not worthy of it for extra 450$, when you have D version. Go on page bythom . com there you can find a pretty good review of it.
