When i put the code in it said thank you for purchasing, but when i clicked start to rip the dvd this box popped up and said code is incorrect please coppy and paste it. Which i did but it keeps not working. Please help.

theres 2 usernames and 2 codes. i think you put the other in and the software thought it was correct.

update, doesnt' work for v. 4.9.2

it accepts it but after your 5 uses, it will tell you that the serial does not work anymore, it's basically like a trial, after that it will error and say that it's not valid. Try it yourself, try to copy a dvd and you will see that after 5 uses it will tell ya :) ,!,
