nah man, one of the beats on Blueprint 3was supposed to be for Sway originally and then chuck sold it to Jay Z. I doubt it was this coz this is a single from the album and the terms of sale probably meant Sway couldn't use that beat. Plus this doesn't really sound like Chuck's work.
