when i was a kid in the early 80's, my dad would take me to AJ's Midtown all the time. it was nifty austin night spot, friendly, great music. i got to see butch hancock there and just loved him so much. thanks for posting this. it's wonderful. :)

It says 1990...but you're right they do look like babies...it has to be more like 1980.

Wow! I wish I had been at this gig! Butch Hancock, Jimmie Dale Gilmore AND Jesse Taylor all on stage together! I think we are just missing the fabulous Joe Ely and we've got 'em all, yes? Thanks so much for posting this.
