i never knew about this guy and what he could do, i just found this dude outside black temple with my lv 80 blood deathknight and just tried to kill him, i got annoyed cause niether one of us would die cause i kept self healing and the dudes demon form is immune to everything, it was a never ending fight lol

He is to be killed with a quest item that breaks his invulnerability. Without it and the quest it is from there is no reason to fight him.

I asked 3 different GM;s about kiting and they said it's legal to kite them, but if they wipe out the whole city and have some special ability that makes them unkillable, it's bannable act :P

If any mob in the game, boss or not, has a 'special ability' that makes them unkillable then that's Blizzards fault and not the kiters.

I think Blizz will ban you for kiting if they catch you in the act. Luckily we were not banned. I play on Hydraxis-pve horde, Ninjaxgaiden 70 rogue
