ajack you're right, getting a gov job is probably the best thing to do now because of(salary adjustments) I've been watching the market closely more than ever for pass few 4 months and the dollars seems to be getting weaker by the day. to bad gold is over @1k right now :(....

don't believe that. They key there is "online only." Some conservative group probably posed as doctors. I'd believer 50% or even 60% but 94% is just not realistic. Sorry. Nice try.

They will get paid LESS. Unless you theorize that somehow the Federal gov't wants raise those "greedy doctors' salaries and keep the "plan" budget neutral. Now that makes TOTAL SENSE to me hahah. They will be working more BECAUSE their re-imbursements will decrease.

Here is another poll that proves doctors support the public option from the New England Journal of Medicine, the most respect journal in medicine that every doctor has in his/her office. From their RWJF survey September 14, 2009
62.9 percent of physicians nationwide support proposals to expand health care coverage that include both public and private insurance options. In every region of the country, a majority of physicians supported a combo of public and private options, as did surgeons.

Would be nice to know the details of the proposals you refer and to know what percentage of the doctors actually participated in that survey. what percentage of all doctors get the journal. You don't expect anyone to believe that almost 68 percent of the doctors receiving this journal filled out the questionaire do you?
