uhhh... when a person weighing 80 lbs pushes down on the balance board he/she exerts 110 lbs of total pressure. so when a person weighing 120 lbs gets on he automaticly jumps because he automaticly exerts 120 lbs of pressure making it sense that he pushes down so he automaticly jumps when he hits the red line.
