All the other fast pit times I've seen were with a pistol and some of the targets were all up before the current stage was completed. So in other words they were cheating and also they were couch hoping which is also not allowed in any game server online. So it should NOT apply with records all so. I have RUN the course in 19.3 seconds but did not shoot any targets. Makes me wonder how this guy is shooting while running.

I'm not sure but I think you get a USP in the campaign version, and if you do you also get a tactical knife. If you go to the point where you go up the stairs you can change weapons while going up the stairs and knife the guy much faster and have enough ammo to make it to the end.
