@xmissaubrey Yay, because I'd miss your wonderful use of color and textures. ^_^ No, you don't have to use Maria unless you want to. You can use any video game footage you want, and you can use any audio from anywhere (movies, tv, games, your own quotes, etc.)

@RECV13236 Hmm... no. Though, I guess you could look at it like that. This is just a challenge to current and wanna-be members to edit with audio rather than a song, since not a lot of people work with speeches and such. :] It's also a means to create a fun audition for wanna-be members to participate in while also participating in a project with current members.

But, no, it's not a trailer. But if I piece the parts together in a specific way, I suppose it could be a trailer for the "new" RRS.

Another quick question! (argh, I'm bothering you T_T) Have you ever heard the song "Hot Summer Nights" by Meat Loaf? Would I be able to use the speaking part before the actual song starts about the Wolf with the Red Roses? I wanted to make sure because it's sorta..."technically" part of a song and I'm afraid it's too close. Also, are like background sound effects allowed?

It's mandatory for current members, yes, but I'm aware of your computer issues and lost data, so if you can't do it then it's okay. :] It's whatever you decide.

Ooooh, this sounds like so much fun, and the deadline would give me perfect time to find an audio clip! maybe something from Dragon Age II since that seems to be my newest obsession. Would footage from that be acceptable if I choose something else?

@SetDarkAngel Sure. Dragon Age is acceptable. :] The only footage rules are: 1. Has to be a VG, any genre, and 2. Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts are the only games not allowed.

Oh i would love to join this :D I've been looking for GMV MEP Group that holds different games instead of only Kingdom hearts and Final Fantasy (not that i don't love those games :D)
