  • j ai un c 1800 c est une superbe machine elle et cool mais tres puissante je prefere ma suzuki meme a une v rod chacun ces gouts.

  • I purchased an 08 c109r. My only problem with the bike is, its 2011 and there is little to no after market parts for the bike. And the few that are out are extremely expensive, like intakes. Other than that. I removed the tacky passenger seat, thats about all I've done to it. If anyone knows of any decent priced intakes/seats/ or anything else message me, or post please.

  • love my rt superb bike . i am cotemplating a custom paint job

  • the m109r is alot more fun to ride

  • @P0len12

I talk to a lot of people with the M109R who have ridden both bikes, and they say the M109R is more fun in a straight line, but the bigger and heavier C109R is more maneuverable and easier to handle in hard turns and at lower speeds.

I own the C109RT Touring version, and after riding it for 1,800 miles, the 880 pound monster feels small now..... Could be my 5'11 height, but probably more because of my big gut :)

Love the bike, once your used to the weight it is a dream to ride.

  • I have owned several bikes from Suzukis, to HD's, a single triumph, and even a goldwing and yamaha warrior to boot. The tranny problem with the suzukis has been rectified and it was never really a problem as it was just a little over-sensitive and had a habit of dropping between gears if you didn't shift it all the way (think of it like a neutral between every gear) or shifted too far out of the power curve. I will never buy anything other than Suzuki... well.. that Warrior was nice too...

  • I read your reply it was nice to know am talking to an expert :)

in a month am gonna get my new softail Heritage harley davidson. and after reading your reply I thought I would ask you. if you don't mind. am I having the right choice? what is the difference between harly and suzuki? in short words I mean.

thank you. your answer might determine my choice :D

  • Here's the thing about the Harley vs Japanese thing. You're going to pay more for a Harley down, and in some repairs.... but... getting parts for older Harleys is easier than getting parts for older Japanese bikes, usually. It depends on two things... how much you are going to ride, and how much you want to spend. I ride my bike pretty much year-round, so alot of miles and more frequent repairs, japanese works better for that than Harley, or even Triumph.

  • @Rezaroth I WAS AT THE HARLEY DAVIDSON DEALER TODAY AND BOY DO I LIKE THE HERITAGE . IT WAS A 2010 WITH 14500 MILES ON IT AND THEY ASKING $ 16499 FOR IT . THEY MUST BE STUPID TO THINK SOMEONE WILL BUY THIS BIKE FOR THIS PRICE , THE NEW ONE COST THE SAME AMOUNT . THE ONLY THING ABOUT HD BIKES IS THAT IT COST $ 100 AN HOUR FOR REPAIR . THATS AT LEAST $400 EVERY TIME YOU GO TO THE DEALER TO FIX SOMETHING ON THEIR BIKES .

  • All the best stuff has plastic parts what's the problem

  • and you gotta be asshole LOL

  • i own an m50 wish yhey could put m109r engine in that body style oh well still better then a HD lol

  • no offense but Suzuki and a classic cruiser never really comes together in my mind.. I associate cruisers with Triumph, Big Dog or Harley Davidson..

  • I don't like crusers and that kind of stuff. I'm a sport bike guy.

  • Well, you posted that you're a sportbike guy on a cruiser post, so you must be looking for attention. Here's what you're looking for...

"Oh, wow. Well being a sportbike guy must make you a complete bad-ass! I am in utter awe of sportbike riders! I wish I could ride something that made me look like I wanted to get punked in the ass!" Thanks for sharing and I hope your daddy buys you a sportbike when you grow up.

  • lol

  • You know, Harley Davidson makes racing bikes too... pretty good ones, actually. Personally I am too afraid of eating the handlebars to ride one of those things, but they're still better than no bike at all. Just sayin..

  • you are on the wrong channel then.

  • The RT (touring version) is definitely on my wish list!

  • gnfyuj

  • Where's the commentary? I think there's something wrong with the video you uploaded. Same goes with the first ride video of the Suzuki 750 sportsbike.

  • a crappy and depressing vidieo...

  • You where there to review it.So where was the review?

  • Awesome written reviews, poor videos.

  • I think I rather have a Yamaha Roadliner.

  • Crapy motorcycles get Crapy reviews

  • Come on boys, you can do a better review then that.
