Xbox 360 BenQ DVD Noise

So my DVD Drive was replaced with a BenQ one.

Mine makes the exact same noise.

It is also currently experiencing disk read problems when I first put the disk in, there is a 35~57% fail rate with it right now, but if I do get the disk to read, the game runs at 100% unless I eject the disk of course.

shaft in drive motor needs oil, thats all, gonna have to replace it or take it apart.

flash iextreme 1.41 at 8x speed...and your xbox will be quiet ....

it is annoying, and i wasnt expecting it either when i swapped my ps3 for a 360. but that's how it is. i put my xbox at the far corner of the room and amp up the volume of the tv, then it blends out :)
