I want to say I did not over eat on Thanksgiving. Water fast the day before helped me out. Gotta love raw foods the simplicity is what has me hooked.

haha the baby is so cute and I see she doesn't have flat head syndrome like so many babies nowadays. Probably from sitting a lot in the wrap and not constantly sleeping on her back?

1kg bananas, 2kg clementines both edible portion, 0,5g tomato,0,5kg iceberg lettuce = 4kg =nearly 2000kcal for a relaxed day. No overeating.
