  • ieu mah sunda pisan atuh euy....

  • Great music but as others have commented (in the Indonesian language) the heavy use of the suling (flute) means this sounds more like Sundanese music. The Sundanese people hail from West Java but are not ethnically speaking Javanese. Javanese come from Central and West Java.

  • @ngipiksari yeah, right ..

    This Sundanese music.

    is not Javanese music

    because I am the Sundanese

  • @ngipiksari I'm replying to my own comment here. What I should have said is that the Sundanese hail from West Java and the Javanese originate from Central and EAST Java.

  • I can dig this

  • sumuhun ieu mah degung sunda

  • sunda banget.... bukan jawa atau bali

  • ini masuk kedalam irama sunda...

  • perpaduan musik jawa-sunda-bali, ini udah gak bisa lagi disebut salah satu dari musik2 tradisional itu :)

  • jawa sama sunda hampir mirip, tapi tiupan sulingnya jadi sunda banget.

  • like it

  • @pranadikusumah hahahaha... kunaun ateuuuuuhhhh... meni jiga nu ngewa kitu.. hahahahaha..... ^_^

  • aiiiiiiiing urang sundaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.hahaha sia sia montong ngaromong bahasa asing lah, jangar.

  • when i listen to this is get homesick to a country i have never ever set foot in. think its time to look up my ansestrial home.

  • @CannabisDelux

    adoe, wij zielige indo's

  • it sound soo like the local music here we have in pakistan. especially the flute work.

    beautiful work never the less.

  • @Darkknight9955 It may be a coincidence, but I'd imagine it's possible that some Hindu and Islamic flute techniques were adapted into the suling (flute) technique.

  • @SeadogDriftwood yes u're very right. The culture of the Malay peninsular and Thailand are greatly influenced by Hindu culture due to the southern indian empire bringing it along with them when they conquered those places. That is why there's much similarities to Thai, malay and indonesian fabrics and music/dance all coming from Southern India (the tamils in particular) =)

  • Sounds Sundanese...

  • Finally I find such a beautiful music, very contemplative

  • ahh suling bambu.. ..menyayat hati ... love thissss
