  • can you tell me what size of hoop do you have and what type of tubing you use? i have 23 inch and 7/8 tubing, but i find the tubing to be to tick and hard to grip. i heard 1/2 tubing is the way to go. what do you think?

  • @SeededBeauty

My hoops are 1/2 inch tubing and 32 inch diameter. I have tried 3/4 inch and it is too heavy. I think the most important thing with twin hooping is finding just the right weight. Too heavy and it becomes clumsy. Too light and it is very difficult to do rolls, tosses, and many other moves. I have tried the lightweight polypros, but for me, they are too light. When you find the right weight, it will feel solid (not fly away) and not clumsy. Hope that helps.

  • WOW - amazing !!! can you come to Panama City Beach and teach me that !!

  • Totally Amazing .. You are so good .. And there are weaves i didn't even know about .. I'm having a really hard time trying to get the hoop to spin on my thumb i can't do it .. i feel like my thumb is stupid (LOL) .. xx AnnA from New Zealand

  • @HOOPAMATIC

Thank you so much. You don't have to know how to spin the hoop on your thumb to do twin weaves. Go to my website and watch the tutorials on twin weaves. I talk a lot about hand positions and changing hand positions from the outside of the hoop to the inside of the hoop.

  • @HOOPAMATIC

I made up 3 of the weaves ... Split weave, Figure 8 weave, and Back Roll weave. Watch the video about hand positions on my website.
