my family saw this flick back when I was 9 years old. This scene came on the screen, and mom immediately whispered to dad if this was an approriate family movie. He wasn't concerned. I don't know about my 2 little sisters, but Chelo left a BIG impression on my prepubescent mind.
I thought this Cuban Chelo Alonso was about the most beautiful and sexy woman I'd ever seen. Her presence also enhanced the otherwise awful "Goliath and the Barbarians." Anyone know what became of her?
@9bahai9 In 1961, Alonso married Aldo Pomilia, a production manager and producer for many of her films. She has one son, Aldino Pomilia.
After the death of her husband, Alonso moved to the city of Siena in Tuscany, Italy. She retired from film and started a cat-breeding business, as well as a four-star hotel.

Thanks louie1967! I'd like to see a photo of how she's held up. Do you know where I could find a recent photo of her?
