What really pisses me off about the American music market is how most Americans enjoy watching people like Rihanna, Katy Perry, and Britney Spears "sing" and basically take off their clothes and dance like idiots. People like Ingrid are examples of TRUE entertainment in the world of music.
I think Ingrid Michaelson is great, but this song makes ZERO sense. Is she leaving him? Is he leaving her? When he comes back around "maybe in the future", won't she be with somebody else? I she really stupid enough to think "I'll wait for him, cause maybe he''ll come back"??

I love this! the sound is so pure! the whole acoustic feel makes the song so sincere!! Real talent doesn't need special effects and electronic support.
