IMHO...the BEST version of this song by far! Any version of it is great, the song itself is great. But this one, takes it to a whole new level. Thanks for posting!
BTW, this version wasn't on 'Small Change'. The studio version is very different. Same song, but different.

It's off of the album "Bounced Checks," and early Tom Waits compilation that's cut out.
I'm also not sure if it was ever put on CD (legitimately)...
