  • All that for a stop sign violation? My God even Nazi Germany was more lenient when it came to traffic law. I really feel for you and I hope your life will get easier when this BS is over. Best wishes from all of us.

  • You make yourself look like a idiot. You can express yourself appropriately. I totally disagree with your stance. You are affecting everyones right to safety on the roads. You do not have the right to infringe on my right to travel safely.

  • There is a Judicial Ethics Committee in existance. They should be notified of this maniacs' lack of capability to act in a sane manner as judge in this court. It is obvious that the man is dillusional. He thinks he is Hitler or God. He violates all of the laws & rules that are part of sitting as judge, and is clearly mentally unstable. If he has not already removed he certainly should be immediately!!

  • "i dont want another word from you" i cant believe a judge can be the almighty

  • unless it directly impedes traffic or causes harm/disturbance,there is no reason you should have to obey a cop.read the first part before you troll.

  • Bunch of dumb asses!

  • "I don't want another word from you"

You: "Objection! Are you saying I don't have a right to defend myself against your allegations against me that I escalated anything?"

Place him on the spot. He made a CLAIM against you. You absolutely have the right to rebut.

Object object object on and for the record. If he overurns your objection, the "exception!" and you need to read about that one before you use it...

  • @VerifiedNews This was a simple bail hearing.... Not a trial. The defendant gets to enter a plea of guilty or not guilty, not argue his case.

  • The judge can only legally (unless you don't object) ask if you're present. The he's supposed to let the prosecutor state his case. It's so obvious who the judge works for in traffic and administrative courts. CALL them on it. OBJECT. If you object it means the issue is appealable! If you DON'T object it stands.

  • Why the hell are you letting the judge prosecute the case? Objection Objection Objection. "Objection, sir, are you prosecuting from the bench?""

The PROSECUTOR i supposed to prosecute the case. Go to small claims sometime and watch. See if the judge prosecutes any of THOSE for the private plaintif and you'll wake up a bit more when you see the difference...

  • why would someone want to put leg shackles on another man/woman for an aledged traffic offence violation ...shackles for that ,and were how free again i need reminded that im not a slave every now an then and still just a serf

  • What does this guy believe in? Anarchy? Under anarchy, life would be "the state of nature, nasty, brutish, and short."

  • @Starfish99100 And you know this how? Have you lived in a state of nature? I would like to make two points here. One: other wild animals (say, monkeys) live just as well without "laws" (which are not laws at all). Two: the human race has by far been the most destructive and unworthy species to inhabit this planet. We are fucking it up for the rest of the species and were not far off from destroying ourselves and the planet entirely. Kind of sounds like your description doesn't it, minus short?

  • @Starfish99100 Also, the "legal system" is directly related to "the state of nature." It's nothing more than the dominant group of people trying to control the ones who are too weak to fight back. Are you weak?

  • Lock all these fucking idiot activists up. Jesus god damned christ.

  • @jburr36 No sir, Jesus Christ has nothing to do with this. Tell me, why does anybody have the right to call you by a name, let alone force you to carry identification? And why is it that the government clearly does not care about the people anymore but people still bow down to it? Why is it that we are SUPPOSEDLY not slaves, yet we have to ask and pay our MASTERS for a license to drive? "The government" is not real. Please wake up my brother.

  • @v1k1n95 You couldn't be more confused about the role that gov't plays in our daily lives. You think the gov't make us slaves? Imagine a the ruthless world without law and order, that is where you would really become someones slave. Or just look at how terribly people have been treated by other gov'ts, past and present, and then tell me we are slaves. Pay for a license to drive? Are you kidding? Who do you think builds, maintains, and protects the roads you travel on? You are the one asleep

  • wow, what a smug littile puke. how about this, don't break the law and if you don't like the state laws.....MOVE! if you don't like our federal laws...VOTE, OR MOVE! oh and being a smug littile smart ass to a judge only shows your lack of character and class. if you act professional people will take you seriously if you act like a punk you get cuffed and treated like the puke that you are.

  • Well the principle behind the philosophies of FREETHINKING(as the guy in the video attempts to but failed due to lack of true smartness) is understanding the the fundamental truth of legislation and law(s) of any so called sovereign state. The legislation of the U.S. is the mecca of corruption its pure revenue under the veil of public safety, it uses intimidation instead of service, uses force not to set free but to repress.

  • Any individual capable of true deep thinking wouldn't find hard to understand that legislation is but a mere mechanism of perpetual control over the people.A police official is in truth a revenue or monetary agent whos real purpose is to serve the state in its labor of repression whether the labor of the official is legit or corrupted, in its own laws, the system itself either way stills benefit. The only laws in existence are the laws of truth in accordance with the universal harmonic principles

  • So it is not crazy to attempt at going against the system whether it is a judge, or a police officer, or whatever since in truth no authority or man made law has the severe power to overcome the freewill of any individual with the exception of the individual allowing the system to apply those powers over him/her. The job of judges is to balance the monetary impact of a "violation" in between the state and the individual. Pure Quantum Physics explains it better people. PLEASE STUDY TRUTH ITS FREE

  • These libertarians are all such bozos. Real idiots. This clown is particularly moronic. Calls his address "what the government calls that residence". LOL!!! What a moron!! What's next? Complaining about your "slave name"? LOL!!!

Seriously folks: if you see a libertarian on the street, run as fast as you can in the other direction.

  • Gee, was the close up of the taser a bit ostentatious or what? What a rip. Terrible video. He should have obeyed the law and none of this would have happened. While he's at it, drop the attitude Can any of you "free staters" name a country in this world that has no laws and lets you do whatever you want? Didn't think so.

  • @SuperConfounded awe c'mon

  • Comment removed

  • How can you disobey a police officer? All men are equal in law and a police officer is a servant of the people! This is outrageous its time we put the kids in their place people!

  • The People need to Rise UP and take our Justice back from these black robed Traitors and their blue backed Gestapo. No victim no Crime and we are FED UP with Gestapo and HEIL HILTER rule over the People.

  • The People need to Rise UP and take our Justice back from these black robed Traitors and their blue backed Gestapo

  • @Debba99 , no they don't!........STFU, AND PAY YOUR TAXES LIKE A GOOD CITIZEN

  • The People need to Rise UP and take our Justice back from these black robed Traitors

  • The judge is 100% correct in how he handled this situation.

The defendant is by no means an upstanding citizen.

Remember boys & girls: Always obey the law......and, by golly, be sure pay your taxes too!

  • This is like drunks being proud of who can drink the most simply because it's legal to do so. It's incredibly dumb and makes you look foolish. If you want to win people over, quit acting like you're in a cult. Act like a human and treat people reasonably. This judge had nothing against you until you started playing games with him.

  • I look at this guy and the way he talks to the judge, and am very disturbed by this.

This is exactly how the Indians were treated in this nation. I can see Crazy Horse, answering the same way.

  • @CSATexan another dickweed were do you guys hatch ...

  • lol you guys are making Judge Burk famous... he will be a celebrity soon lol

  • Pardon me for asking, but would it have been logical for the defendant to have some kind of legal council, especially if he claims he doesn't undertsand the charges?

  • @ffairlane57 the point he is making is why would he take council from the state when the state is charging him....its like taking council from the enemy

  • @ihaveaverybadcold , he can hire his own council to defend against the state.

  • @ffairlane57 hell i dont know...maybe hes like me...broke haha

  • @ffairlane57

    Why would anyone need council???

  • @CSATexan , I mean "legal counsel"......don't you think a lawyer understands laws and the legal system better than you do?

  • @ffairlane57

We are told repeatedly that "IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NO EXCUSE" by the same people who say that the law are so complex that only a lawyer who is specialized in that aspect of the law could defend them.

Just how is someone to NOT break laws which the GOV claim they could not possibly understand

  • i like the ridley videos but i find him to be a little bit annoying.. idk though .

  • women and children need to stfu. "Oh the judge was pleasant" , "oh that dude reminds me of that Arizona nutjob", "Oh, this nutjob, ahole, mental case needs to be locked up". Really? Wake up tards. This is freedom in action, not the empty slogan you half a fag leftists merely chant.

  • HAHAHAHA!!!

OWNED. For going to church. That'll teach ya ta worship some sky fairy....

  • Ya that shit aint cool no matter what.He was just being a dickhead in my opinion.Judge was very patient. That guy seemed really wierd like the guy that shot the congresswoman in arizona.Somthing about his demeanor says "nutjob"

  • As a libertarian, I have to say you are giving us a bad name.

  • Your King appointed you. I wanna judged by the the king of skate boarders. BTW: I always like to pretend dumb so I have no responsiblitlies.

  • Your King appointed you. I wanna judged by the the king of skate boarders.

  • It's the same in Canada . if this is the way people sworn to protect your rights and freedoms are going to conduct themselvs they should be required to have ss arm bands on.

  • FREESTATERS: thanks for the support everyone now help us support or friends at nambla.org thanks you so much tronclay thanks for those pics and your donation to nambla.org keep up the fight we won’t be pushed around by these pigs anymore- its appreciated our choice is our right, freedom of speech guys.

  • "I don't understand any of it." Seems pretty clear to me and I wasn't even there.

  • "I do not consent to any of this.", "I waive the benefits", "Are you attempting to force me to contract with you?"

  • ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

  • Question 1. Your honor , do I have a right to a fair trial ? Judge: Yes you do.

Question 2. Your honor , can I get a fair trial if there is a conflict of interest ? Judge: No you cant.

Question 3. Your honor , who is charging me? Judge: The state.

Question 4. Your honor , who do you work for ? Judge: (Refuses to answer) because he works for the state, and that's a conflict of interest.

  • @MrLas74 why would any sane person call this criminal in robes, "your honor"? That scumbag isn't fit to be cleaning toilets, like most of the sleazy corrupt judges in the US he's a hardened criminal and a pedophile that spends most of his time trumping up charges on juveniles for profit.

  • @MrLas74 Mind = Blown

  • @MrLas74 The judge is apart of the judiciary. The legislature makes the laws, the executive branch enforces the laws, and the judicial system interprets the laws and applies the law in accordance to the facts of each case. You must have slept through the separation of powers chapter in elementary school because there is no conflict of interest as each branch works independently.

  • Have you ever heard the phrase, " no one is above the law"? Well guess what. We all are above the law. Wake up. God created us. We created the law and contracts then we created the government, government created codes, regulations, rules, ordinances etc; in that order. Don't ever let anybody tell you that you think you are above the law as if it was a bad thing. You are and have always been "above" the law.

  • This courtroom is so tiny lol so up front and personal. Thats amusing to me.

  • Must not have a job and just worries about the government all day. Probably sucks dick for World of War Craft time.

  • @zapazoid , these people are more than likely college drop outs with nothing better to do than smoke pot in Central Square and demand it be a 'right'. Ian and Sam are the ones running this weak comedy at the moment.

  • Hoffman's looking for a fight here, it's understandable to be mad, annoyed or frustrated but it's sad to see him shoot himself in the foot being unproductively confrontational like this.

  • Well , where is the rest of it?

  • why are you giving the judge jurisdiction?

  • Love his defiance

  • I am so sick of these nzi establishment people......cops, judges, town treasurers...all of you good ol boy syndrome folks who think your above others and can push us aroudn if you feel liek it..You know its true....if someone upsets you you go to efforts to use your power to bring pain and trouble to them to show them how big and powerful and bwad you are.....NO HONOR

  • @232323C , try this with the fire ambulance services provided by government.

  • @denni04011 try what? I didnt do anything ..lol

  • big bad coppers......Burke......you dishonor the name.....Judge Burke

  • to the NH courts and law enforcement...get a f'n grip...having those people in leg chains is IDIOTIC and a blatant example of how you try to intimidate people and when they do otherwise from your almighty badgering you humiliate them with chains...slavery...you officials make me sick

  • Harrassing regular citizens for no good reason.. Fuck stupid power hungry asswipes.

  • why are these animals judges??? these are idiots! i myself would make better justice of this case!

  • That judge does not believe in equality.

He treats people from what he knows from other cases and not the current one.

Once he says guilty, you will always be guilty in his eyes.

    This judge should be removed.

    He is funny looking too.

  • The guy should have repeated the question of the judge honouring his Oath...he ignored it and the process continued

  • what a scam. look at all of the people caught up in this corrupt court system. on top of all that, this judge looks like he has a vagina. is there any way to get him removed from his positiion?

  • These guys really ned to learn the difference between legal and lawful

  • i mean shit-canned

  • THIS JUDGE NEEDS TO BE FUCKING CAINED.

    eof

  • If you hate the state, if you hate America then leave.

  • i hate you.

  • @TheNewMusicNetwork Why do you hate me? is it because I call you by your true title, HiPOCRITE? You claim to love freedom of speech but only for those who agree with you. You claim to love this country except when its laws apply to you. You claim to be christian but do heinously un-christian things. You don't hate me, you hate yourself because you know what you really are. A weak minded HYPOCRITE!

  • @jxr215 no you're just a pugilistic retard who hasn't nary a clue what you're talking about.

    buy some more neurons, loser.

  • @TheNewMusicNetwork Such anger! To be expected from a lowly evolved character... great music channel BTW love the 80's

  • the judge should have put his smart mouthed ass in jail!

  • Don't backtalk those with political capital.

  • Put him in jail for at least 6 months after he gets a workover. When we take over we will make you fools toe the line!!!

  • how about we just let him ream your ass hole out, loser.

  • ~either we live in free country or not, as children we are taught the America is the land of the free and the home of the brave. Either we are that or its time for a violent revolution to usurp the power back!~

  • @justwannamakeluv here, here i agree 100% with you we need a violent revolution to put these priest in black robe back in their place these people are nothing but criminals

  • Open a book or google "Civil Rights movement" or Rosa Parks. Learn. I'd vote for the star of the movie Jackass for mayor of Keene over you.

It's college days, you are a sheep and you don;t know it. Smirking at your peers for approval in handcuffs, oh wow. BE different from the crowd, do something peaceful, positive, to open mnds to your position. Go against your peers- no tatoos, get a crewcut, and wear a members only jacket, white shoes and belt, have the guts man, be DIFFERENT.

  • The world has had its fill of hippie utopiaism and it sucked! These are different times which call for different methods of dealing with the issues of today. Passive resistance is really cute but gets nothing done!

  • As a child of the 60's, I must say you have no clue. You really needed to go over the line in court, with the cameras on and refuse to say anything, just be silent, refuse bail, and go to jail, and have at least a few hundred of your bretheran get arrested at court and clog up the system. Oh, but, you aren't going to skip class so you can learn the system, pay your taxes and support your enemy. Drop out man, drain the system, don;t buy gasoline it pays empire taxes.

  • Whats going on with the puppet judge burkes hair??? toupee or a boot polish number?

  • I don't understand any of it. I guess he flunked high school. I don't this is a chruch man at least he is not Christian.

  • In legal terms, if you claim to "understand" a court's edicts, you are not merely stating that you comprehend them, but that you also agree that you should be bound by them as having the force of law. Whenever you state that you "understand" something the court has said, you run the risk of waiving rights you may have - even if you don't know you're doing it.

  • Really?

  • You should have asked this so-called "judge" to "show cause", he cannot show cause, ......leagally.

  • You must file a writ of MANDAMOUS QUO WARRANTO, to disolve this corrupt local governemt that is seated in Keene so that the court house, the land and all of it's property can be retuned to the people. All of the judes, prosecuters, commisioners and etc. would then be removed then replaced and start over, this would be law, not what we are seeing here now.

  • Can a man in bondage contract? I do not think so, only a free man can contract, a man in chains is a slave and cannot agree to anything.

  • It is good you are exposing their illusions of authority. The point is you need to read up on your Common Law Rights which is the Law of the Land. You were Born with those rights they are God given. This court you find yourself in is a Admiralty Court, their Statutes are not Laws and they only apply if you consent to them.

Read up on your strawman your legal fiction.

Type in Rob Menard, John Harris and get Veronica Chapman's book u can download it for free!

  • whats he in chains and cuffs for, he's not commited a criminal offence

  • $2500 bail????

  • worthless POS judge needs to go get a REAL freakin job that produces something good.

    fuck you burk

  • When the judge stated he is obligated to enter a not guilty plea, Kurt should have objected. And if the judge continued to enter the plea, Kurt should state, let the record show Judge Burke entered the plea, and as only the defendant can enter the plea, Judge Burke must be the defendant in this charge!

  • @JohnBabiuk 100% correct, only a DEFENDANT can enter a plea. Of course, they do not care about the rules, they make them up as they go along. Its why they are not courts of record.

  • @JohnBabiuk I love your comment here. It is so true. And also, I don't know if you know these. A judge entering a plea can and is consider practicing law from the bench.

Thank you for your comment. It open my eyes for future events.

    Peace brother.

  • nice have you ever tried that?

  • nice have you ever tried that? i like to see what they say

  • @JohnBabiuk Uh, not you fucking tool. They issue a not guilty plea to protect the dumbass defendnat becasue he is a stupid fucking tard,

  • what a fucking loser. Seek some help. Mental illness needs to be addressed. That's why you're in cuffs...

  • What's up with the foot chains? You'd think those people were dangerous serial killers...

  • His response to the judges question about his home address is typical of so called liberty activist. All of you need to get the cock out of your ass when dealing with people who arn't in your cult. Cops, judges, they are people to. I learned in 1st grade that you should treat other people as you wish to be treated. Not providing your license/registration after running a stop sign just asks for trouble, especially when you arn't a felon. You people are wack jobs.

  • @jmadaa Yeah! It's much better if you just drop your pants, bend over and take it up the rear, then smile, thank them for it and politely ask for another!

  • @jmadaa Everyone has a right to defend themslelves in court. None of these people have any real authority. You give it all to them when they CON you into APPLYING.

The applications activate the statutes. No one ever told you you weren't under statutory (as opposed to constitutional) jurisdiction unless you sing a contract agreeing to be.

Wake up, please. Your rights have been conned away from you, and commoditized. Your rights are worth trillions to them. Wake up.

  • I think he did a good job. It's tough to remember what to do and say in court - especially when you've been shackled and locked up. It's a pretty disconcerting experience.

When a few people resist a lot, they get slaughtered. But when lots of people resist just a little, the government machine can't deal with it.

  • I've listened to both the porc411 recording and have watched this video. There is one thing acting as an activist. But this guys seems to think being an activist entitles him to being a complete prick. Overly combative and confrontational. Sorry but I am all for liberty and freedom but I can not support his behaviour.

  • Did anybody else notice when the defendant asked for the camera to be turned off the judge said no its a public trial? Didn't he ban them previously? Wonder what made him change his mind?

  • Comment removed

  • Stop being pussies and just shoot the cop/judge in the face.

  • Agreed.

I think we are all just waiting for it to pop off.

  • I notice a good amount of side stepping. Let's call a man brave enough to talk against multiples of men armed while defenseless and hindered "immature" in various ways while ignoring the facts shall we? There is no "legal" protection against the state. You can either hide from them, join them in their destruction of societies, or fight them, all in various ways.

  • there are a few other options apart from those three.

  • If everyone did this, it would make a huge difference to the number and type of people they were willing to pull in on BS charges.

  • How do you figure that?

And why is it a BS charge? Tell us what you know about this particular case as the details are pretty sketchy here.

  • I didn't say I know anything about this case. What I did say was that if arresting people is made to be more of a hassle for the authorities it will give them less of an incentive to make up victimless crimes to bring people in on.

  • So how do you know it's a BS charge then?

Too many people here are busy condemning judges and cops even though they know none of the facts. Look up the word: Bigotry

  • Like I said in my previous comment, I do not know specifics about this case and did not call his charges BS. I said BS charges will be less likely to be brought to court if people were less cooperative with the so-called authorities. I get the feeling you are not interested in discussion and more interested in confrontation, but I'm sorry to say you won't get it from me. I don't know what you mean by bringing up bigotry.

  • he was initally pulled for driving with his dog on his lap then he refuesd to give them his name etc. there is another video that shows this on youtube, maybe in the list on the right

  • How is he a jerk?

  • He's a jerk because the judge asked him if so and so place is his address/where he lives/resides.

And the guy says something to the effect "that is where I lay my head"

I can well imagine the fun time the officer had when he detained him for failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign.

Wasn't that the original problem? He didn't stop at a stop sign? And then, depending on which side you want to hear, he either did or did not hassle the cop who stopped him? I'm just asking.

  • This isn't the forum for the whole discussion, but if you get the time do a search for personal sovereignty. There are those who wouldn't even give their NAME. (see Sam i am). You may also fail to realize that a "traffic court" has NO jurisdiction over you.

  • No Court has jurisdiction over anybody. There is no such thing as a "Court",or a "State" or a "Citizen".Nobody has power over anybody.

I have as much power as the President,or the pope...I just don't have that many people BELIEVE IT.

  • I wonder if the victim being ordered to hand over his personal information had demanded the same of the judge, would the judge have been "immature" when declining the request?

  • He didn't just decline the request. From the first second he was overly combative. And he also says in the porc411 recording that because there was no one coming it was ok. What is 3 to 5 seconds to actually stop. I do not know about that area but in mine we have a lot of roads no one ever takes but I will always stop at a stop sign because I have seen the results of incidents where a driver has his mindset and gets t-boned n the driver side. Has never turned out well for the waste of life.

  • i'm with you most of the way!

  • Jesus Harry CHRIST - He's SHACKLED at the waist & the legs!!! He must be a CRIMINAL then, huh?! A very "dangerous" person to the public! Hahaha!

I am impressed how he says he "does not understand any of it" and points out the truth that Lawyers swear and OATH to the state. Very impressive. NO "YOUR HONOR" or "YOUR MAJESTY" - He uses very careful chosen words and responses. I wish I could be THAT good if I ever go to court!

We are so beat down & such SLAVES to the government! STAND UP 4 FREEDOM

  • I'm a little confused. Why didn't he object when the "judge" entered a plea on his behave? Why didn't he ask for the nature and cause of the action? Why didn't he state that he was standing on his constitutionally guaranteed rights?

  • I think Kurt did an awesome job. He didn't enter into any legalese like what the "nature and cause of the action" was against him. I know it's tempting to do this. But really, it's giving them rope to tie around your own neck.

When you say you don't understand, that's one thing, but when you go the next step and say you don't understand the "nature and cause of the action," you have started to use their rules. For all you know, "nature," "cause," and "action" means something else entirely.

  • I'm sorry I disagree. You have to claim your rights and then stand on them. You are entitled to due process, and part of the process is to know and understand the "Nature and Cause" of the action against you. (Sixth Amendment) If you don't use those words, and claim your rights...you have none.

  • @kmikesell Well, it took a whole year, but now I agree with you. Kurt did a good job, more than I've ever done. But now I understand why it's a rock solid technique to question "nature and cause." It strikes at the core of the "rules" they supposedly follow. When they don't stand by their own rules, it shows how weak their courtroom really is.

  • They tell you its a business, they violate your Creator given rights, they give unlawful orders. Charge them a very high fee for doing what they order you to do! When it costs them more money then they make enslaving you, they will stop,

  • You should change your state slogan to "Live Free or Go to Prison"

  • well some people are dying. Like that 30 year old who died in jail over traffic infractions.

  • Well that's still not a good thing. The phrase of Live Free or Die was that of doing so on your own terms in the name of "fighting" for your freedom. Not at the hands of thugs in prison. At some point the water temp is going to reach its max.

  • Being arrested only makes sense when you believe you are doing something just and right. If the court judge you to be in violation then you may be living in the wrong country or setting an example for later generations. Such is life.

  • 2500 for that crap!!! Crazy

  • What is the state saying he needed to provide to the police officer?

  • Bless all Patriots

  • That guy was an idiot. He needs to study the law just a little further before he assumed he knew more than the judge. He ended up contracting with the government anyway so I don't know what all that tough talk was about. In the end he did exactly as the judge told him.

  • the men in costume will kill anyone that disobeys in that room. The system is corrupt and fueled by violence. It would be nice in theory if you could decide not to contract but in reality these are nothing more then men with guns who are willing to kill you in order to get you to submit to their authority.

  • You are so deluded. My father is a bailiff in this video, and they are far from "men with guns who are willing to kill you in order to get you to submit to their authority."

Seriously, activism is all well and good, but their is a certain amount of tact needed in the courtroom. To no ask for his counsel (lawyer) is foolish. To verbally joust with a judge is just plain ignorant, because they are they can dole out further punishment if you cause a scene, like a little boy.

  • You dad is a Keene bailiff??

    Which one?

Will your father ever arrest the judge for breaking the law? No. All they know how to do is "follow orders". How about asking him to act on morality?

  • Obviously, most of you have had really bad experiences when dealing with any authority.

I have known a great many law enforcement officers in my life. Sure, there are some that are real cretins, like the bastards that beat Rodney King.

The overwhelming majority were very decent people who believed in serving the public. Have you ever had a criminal break into your house at night? Who would you call?

Just think about it before you damn the entire lot of officers. jingoistic morons.

  • this is my favorite uneducated argument. That is a police officer, doing job #1 Peace Officer (WHICH SHOULD BE THE ONLY JOB), protect the public, catch criminals who commit crimes with VICTIMS! Job #2 is Policy Enforcement Officer, this is realistically, a tax grab disguised as protection. And sadly, all it does is pay for more people to make more rules that have no victims, and therefore aren't crimes. CORPUS DELECTI, as your dad about that.

  • i would call no one, i would deal with it. if the cat stuck on a tree i would get the cat out , myself. Most of this fat losers turn this country to a complete joke, and im talking about those fat asses you can spot at local mall or Mcdonalds.

  • so you do admit that at their whim they can dole out whatever arbitrary punishments they wish for whatever reason. Makes sense. They're will to cage you and throw away the key forever. This judge was willing to lock up Sam Dodson forever. This whole system is corrupt.

I'll ask you a question. Would your father ever arrest the judge if he believed that any judge for engaging in illegal activity. You know that he never will. Prove me wrong. Please. I want to believe they are honorable people.

  • True True. You guys need to attack the whole concept of the "State as a complaining party itself, like Marc Stevens does.Ian and Sam know about Marc.

Why don't you use those tactics. That shit is what you guys need to get on camera.

  • Actually, knowing my father, he would ticket a judge. He is not the sort of guy who would just let a judge do something illegal and get away with it. It would sicken him.

I am not going to defend that judge, as I was not there to hear the entirety of the proceedings. I would definitely watch the next part of this video, whenever you post it.

  • I'm reminded of that famous quote. "Give me liberty or give me death" there's another one as well. "Freedom isn't free" You have to fight for what you want. "Be the change you wish to see in this world" Once you contract with them then that's when they own you. So I maintain. He shouldn't have contracted with them. He should have rufused and resisted.

  • How ridiculous it is that this Police State system is so hell bent on CONTROL that they escalated this very minor issue to this extent .. just to show their AUTHORITY.

  • Nice chains dude, How's that workin' for ya?

  • @GeorgiaPatriot41 . What are you doing for freedom today?

  • dave when are you gonna do a video on your prison experience?

  • The cop should be fired, this is a complete waste of taxpayer money. A waste of the judicial system. The SA should drop all charges.

  • Interesting that the next plaintiff asks 'Can you turn that off?" and the Judge responds "That's a public hearing"
