OMG!!!!! I made this tonight and my husband (who by the way is very pickey) loved it!!! I let him taste it before I told him that the "rice" was actually cauliflower. It taste better than the restaurant stuff!!!! I am so grateful that I stumbled upon your videos and websites. I have been cooking from your videos for the past week and we love them. Thanks Jay for putting the effort in to make eating low carbs good and satisfying.
