Just had my first treatment today - in Vegas at Rethink Ink- Eddie and the crew were great - I wanted to get a tattoo cover up by another artist and it went TERRIBLY wrong- it looked like someone scribbled all over the area- Eddie and the team were very supportive. Having a bad ink job is a bit traumatic- The laser feels like hot bacon grease spattering on you BUT its over quickly- will keep you posted I need to have several treatments - but if it makes the mess scribbled on me go away I am in !

I have one I would like removed but, I thought you are to put the paitent to sleep because that laser is a bit hot and people have different types of skin. I have extremly senistive skin.

@hekotin Yes though I have extremly sensitive skin, I first studied about tattoos. I knew it wasn't going to be painfree hahaha. The one I want removed is on my right arm. How much does it cost to get the one I have removed? Its in all blank ink and I'd say its about medium sized.

I have a pretty high pain tolerance (many tattoos), and I just sat through one session (about 6 by 6 inches in black ink on fair skin) - It was about 10 times worse than the tattoo, and anyone who tells you it isn't is probably trying to sell it to you. The laser boils the ink under your skin, and you smell like a burn victim for a few days.

@akapellatoronto Getting a tattoo is a minor irritation in terms of pain, this is another level of pain. I can't understand why they keep you awake through it. If you can cover it up, try that because the laser is too brutal to imagine (plus you have to go for like pricey sessions if it is a dark black tattoo).
