SOLVED IT. I have an SD card reader on my computer. You can not use any SD card reader built in to the computer for the flash, you must use an external usb reader for it to work.

After I image the SD Card, I can't use explorer to see the contents of the card. Same thing happens to my 2gb card. Basically I can't drop in my bin. Any suggestions?

no funciona porke eres un manco montando la placa PBC, ese error da cuando la placa base no se entiende con el lector o directamente no esta el lector. monta bien la PBC y aisla la placa de cualquier contacto con el metal de la consola, y revisa los cables.
