Interesting concept, but the lack of voices and excessive use of after effects/flash style animation kills it. I would even prefer no talking at all. Also the pacing is extremely slow.
very good. it does go a touch slow. but with out any true dialog one could theoretically speed the video up and only distort and not lose the musical accompanyment. really well done, 3-d "camera" movements about 2-d objects pulled off exceedingly well.
chess game - relationship. queen takes king - femenine dominence. heart - love. heart in a bag - love diluted by worldly possessions. paying the rent with a man's heart - a woman who uses a man to provide for her self at his expence. a hotel where no one has to pay - you're a tenant too.
whew... i had goosebumps! magnificent film! such craft should be maintained... i'm impressed.. now i'm inspired to make my own... ;-) thanks for the inspiration. ill give an "A+++"
