Can you actually use the scope during play when you have a mask on? I know that some people can't aim down their sights or the stock gets in the way depending on your goggle system.

@BloodHawk721 Many guns have "eyes", these make it so that if they don't sense a ball in the chamber, they won't allow the gun to fire. This is a great way to prevent chopping paint.

is the range just as far as if you were to shoot the ion without the kit (but also with the same barrel)?

hey ive got practically the same setup as you do @SLbushwacker. cept i dont have the stock u do, i have an air thru commando stock on mine and a barrel kit wit diff bore sizes. only a 14 in. tho. and its a SP Ion :)

Almost every paintball gun is going to have the same range. About 200 feet is how far they can reach out. If you are looking for "long-range", look into a Tiberius Arms T4. The new First Strike round doubles the distance of a traditional paintball.

This is just an Ion ($180) with a Blackcell Ion Longbow Kit which runs around $200. But they have discontinued this kit and have made it for other applications. You wont see too many Ion Longbows running around.

I got one a while ago, And I freaking love it.

18" freak barrel and laser dot scope, not only that, but I modified it with a Qloader set on the side (since I kept getting shot in the loader almost every time). I never knew they canceled it.. But yeah, I'm practically a ghost reaper on the field with my baby. ;)

I got it at Spec ops paintball. But I'm real sorry man the kit has been discontinued. The only place you will be able to find it is eBay or pbnation. They are pretty rare, I hope you find one man it is an awsome gun

Truthfully I would not recommend anything by spyder (kingman) there guns are very fragile and have a horrible resale, not to mention that the Ion smokes the Electra in perfomance. Mike from techpb has a great video about spyders you should chek it out
