Thanks for the information I recenlty purchased this but returned it because it has "Acetone" which of course is used to take nail polish off. It sounds to me like it works great on your hair but you seem to have wonderfully healthy hair. I have dry frizzy hair and the thought of putting acetone or alcohol on it makes me cringe. I talked to the beauty salon she felt there was not enough in the solution to harm but I question why they put acetone or alcoho l in hair products at all? :-(
@TheHello098 nothing makes your hair grow faster. Its a genetic factor that determines the thickness of your hair shaft and the speed at which new folllicles produce cells/hair. so NO products can make your hair THICKER or grow faster, you can tease your hair for thickness, and you can put in extensions to make it look longer.
@TheCatsMistress I HAVE PERSONALLY USED THIS! IT IS GARBAGE. WASTE OF MONEY. Makes your hair greasy! KERASTASE is the product line that is used by celebrity hair stylists. I know this because I live in LA, and go to top hair studios for my hair. Ken paves, who does eva longoria, jennifer lopez and kim kardashian uses kerastase go look into it. Please dont argue with someone who knows what they're talking about.
@bulgarianprincessili I have personally used this too and loved it :)...just shows how opinions can differ really, just because you don't like it doesn't mean it's garbage. also, just because you live in LA and go to top hair studios doesn't make you an expert...I'm sure there are some top hairstylists that love morrocanoil and some that hate it, it's all opinion!
@xxxxsarzxxxx true! it is def a matter of opinion! after spending tons of money at sephora n trying tons n tons of products i say silk therapy works amazing, it doesnt leave hair greasy and silky silky smooth... its anti friz n has amazing smell... but it will put a hole in ur wallet its like 30-50$ depending on the size of bottle.
@skinnygurL89 i found moroccan oil TOTALLY makes my hair grasy, however kerastase doesn't but its VERY expensive.... silk therapy is another alternative its oily but absorbed by the hair shaft quickly so doesnt leave greasy texture at all...
@bulgarianprincessili aw. Thank you so much for the fast answer : ) but i want to try the moroccan oil though but only for my split ends . and i love kerastase but i need something more oily for my dry and split ends..
Alcohol is drying but many times they use it so it will dry on the hair faster. It won't always dry the hair out. SD alcohol is something to avoid more so then alcohol denat.
My hair is naturally frizzy because it's curly and thick, and I rarely use heat on it. Thanks to that it looks really healthy and nice when I eventually straighten it :)
"i dont know why i act like its going to smack me in the head" hahaha! that was my favorite part!
hey allison, I just wanted you to know I was at the drugstore about a week ago, and I picked up a couple things all because you used them & I liked how they looked on you! haha. I picked up maybelline's born with it lipstick and sweet cinnimon blush! and I like them both alot! so thanks! :-)
I really really really want to try out some of the moroccan oil products! i think over the next few months lots of brands are going to bring out similar products-its funny because it seems what gurus rave about here turn out to be massive in stores in the next months :) its exciting :D x
Love this stuff. I put 10 sprays in my hand & run my fingers through my hair after I towel dried it. I just reordered this shine spray on sale from Soap.com. Its $20.99 plus 20% off w/ code soapsud20... Ends up costing about $16 for the 3.4 oz bottle.
ooh i'm so tempted to try moroccan oil products!! we don't have them here but when i'm in the us for holidays, i hope to find a salon that sells their products!! :)
You shake your ends at the camera and say "dull, dead ends" , yet when I look at mine they look like french fries. Your hair is gorgeous all over!! o: Its probably very soft at the ends :P
when i started going to a new salon to get my hair cut, soo many people were telling me about about this! so when i got my hair blowdried, they used this and it was immediately shiny! i have super dark hair, so i have a little shine to begin with. but i always use this product. i live by it! i use the spray the oil, everything :) glad to know you approve :) i love your videos, so keep making more! :)
