The fine, I think, was fought but I don't know the outcome of it. I'm a conservative and I used to watch NYPD Blue regularly. I never had a problem with the nudity especially since it advanced the plot of the show.

Although I think Ross is blazingly hot--since Days of Our Lives--this scene was rather stupid. It just occurred for no reason at all. It happened, cut to credits, and then--nothing.
