  • Hi, thanks for uploading these shows, they're fun and I'm getting a lot of answers to questions I've had for sometime. I've seen numerous Chinese recipes, but these shows are the first I've seen using "chicken powder". I don't know what that is, can you enlighten me or provide me with a website explaining it, I've been unable to find anything about.

    To whoever did the English subtitles, they are perfect in grammar and spelling, making them even more pleasurable as I don't speak Chinese. Thanks

  • @Leib33 The "chicken powder" is bouillon in powder form instead of a cube. You can use KNORR CHICKEN FLAVOR BOUILLON, you can buy that anywhere.

  • @risquecat Thanks for the answer, I'd actually found that info elsewheres. In English it would properly be called chicken boullion or chicken soup powder, I guess I was having a brain freeze not to recognize what "chicken powder" meant :) .
