Also "Dil Apna Aur Preet Parai" [1960] according some sources but not confirmed.

Not sure but I believe in Char Dil Char Rahen Meena was paired with Raj Kapoor. Cast of that film was Raj Kapoor, Meena Kumari, Shammi Kapoor, Nimmi, Ajit and Kumkum. In Dil Apna Aur Preet Parai, Meena paired with Raaj Kumar.

There are some web sites where they say the DVD is available but I am not sure.
