If by flat you mean the faces of the pyramid then bear in mind this took three full heats for me to do then. Now I'd be a fair bit faster :)
If you mean hammering the square bar itself flat then that would probably take less time than this. Brute force would be easier to apply. For the point you need to know exactly where and how hard you need to hit
By being left handed, do you have any problems when working over the horn?? I've always wondered.
