@afterusaydit You really should go to Pismo Beach one day. I used to live in California back in the 1990's and I have been to Pismo Beach many times. I live in New Jersey now and it's too far now unfortunately. Plus, there are no major airports nearby, so you either have to drive 4 hours from LAX or you have to fly into Santa Maria or San Luis Obispo after a layover in LAX or San Francisco. When I came back much more recently on July 23, 2010, I did not want to leave. Highly recommended.

hey dude i went to the pismo dunes and it was really fun i also rented from bjs and got the trx 250 to hahahah lol wow i think it was truely scary i allmost fell off a hugh 60 foot dune
i just came back from pismo... they are $100 bucks an hour minium 2hours 150 deposit and if theres a scrath u don't get ur deposit back.... thats why i wasn't able to get one so i was sad :(
im trying to figure out what to get a honda 400 or 450 i like to ride in the desert as matter a fact thats all i ride in and you say you have a 450???
acutally these were 250cc rentals from BJ rentals at Pismo. 400 or 450 would be a lot of power for most folks, don't think you would notice the 50cc difference.
they are a 2007 250ex honda i suggest a trx 450r i got one and ill tell you from personal experience it handles great around the corners and great ecceleration but all depends on what you lookin for 250s arent bad i got one in florida
@broncogurl Strongly agree. I really like the Beach Boys. Due to this video, the song "I Get Around" now reminds me of Pismo Beach...one of my favorite places to go on vacation!

Pismo beach is the ultimate place to do this im my opinion, they were 250's and had plenty of power to rock the trails! Have fun!
