This isn't the brightest guy in the world, though I agree that he has the right to express his opinion, but when he refers to the girl as a "he", he is purposely engaging in hate language--which is not protected speech. His emphasis on the word "he" is meant to be antagonistic, and is a classic example of why transpeople need specific and stiffer laws to for protection. By the way, transexuals are born with what we have--his own chart that clearly displays that. Not too bright.

The true Transgender person must pass the requirements of Two therapists and live full time for a year in that gender role in order to be considered for Gender reassignment Surgery. With this in mind, the "Mental Illness", as you put it, is actually cured through the Psycho Therapy and the skills of the Surgeon. Bravo on speaking out without know what youre talking about.... all too typical.
