  • That win on Christmas Eve is gonna hunt us for a good while. Not only did we lose AP with a really bad injury to his knee. But we gave up 2 1st round picks, 2 3rds and a 5th. That hurts soo bad.

  • Donovan Mcnabb disliked this

  • @bigstick012 Hahah thats funny!

  • His performance at Detroit was the worst QB play I have ever seen. He is just a Rookie though.

  • Im pondering if ponder should start this year

  • @jjhardey24 he will start joe webb is a good QB just not a good starter hes won 1game outta 6games hes been in so ya we need a back up who can help ponder and a oline and receivers trust me if vikings give up on ponder biggest mistake they will ever make

  • Everybody complains about his arm strength, I think he actually slings it pretty well. His pocket presence, athleticism, short memory, and accuracy are all above average, especially for a rookie. Considering that he was the best QB in the NFL in the red-zone, I feel like maybe we should keep him around for a while longer =)

  • Coming from a die hard vikes fan all i can say about Ponder is i love his pocket awareness and presence of knowing when to run or stepping up. He just needs good O-line to help him out so he doesnt force thoses passes

  • I hear Packer fans say that the reason Jenkins was so wide open on the first play was because Williams fell. Well this video proved them WRONG. They thought the Vikings got lucky but nope, it was a perfectly executed play. Ponder bought time, and Jenkins BURNED The Packers Secondary.

  • I hope we keep him and Joe Webb around...they've both got the talent and the energy to be what we really need to make our offense #1. They need a little more experience, but I think they both proved that they have what it takes to be a professional QB

  • Great work on the Video... Really like this guy he's very intelligent, has good mobility, a quick release, above average arm strength, and an accurate arm. He has to work on the things a typical rookie needs to improve on such as his pre-snap reads, manipulating defenses with his eyes, making better decisons, etc. . If he works hard enough(I think he will) he has a great chance to be a very good QB.

  • if you notice how much the vikings offensive line blows besides hutchinson even tho hes old, you realize that ponder could be fantastic

  • @MegaFoob sully is pretty good.

  • if only the rest of the team played well

  • ponder is going to be awsome i trust him

  • Did you make this? A full season highlight video would be awesome

  • All these plays and Madden still thinks his accuracy is complete shit

  • @reject199 what are u talking about his short acc in maddens over 90 and his mid is pretty good. hes so underrated at 75 for speed it shud be like 83 to 85.

  • the thing i dont like about ponder is he never completed a pass to jimmy!!!!!!!!

  • @knighthawk34ps3 he would have, but Jimmy dropped 2 passes thrown ny Ponder, one in the oakland game and one in the New Orleans game

  • @PingPongFilms yeah but i dont think those were the greatest passes either. i like him he just never completed a pass to my boi big jim.

  • wow he's godlike.

  • Vikings better trade ponder and draft Andrew Luck if they can cuz Luck is even better than ponder and has the arm and even experience cuz he reads the defense by himself and he calls his own plays and he can make all the nfl throws

  • @CVUEVikingfan28 prob wont happen vikings would be giving up a great LT for something we already have ponder needs WR"S and a line and he will be great one day

  • The second coming of Fran Tarkenton?...Methinks yes

  • Want to see a real Vikings QB highlight video? Watch Joe Webb.

  • @DavidKC53 um webb is not as good as ponder, sorry but being a rookie and one bad game doesnt make webb better

  • @DavidKC53 joe webb the guy with 1td pass and 3ints? yes him right

  • if he wouldve started the first game this season the viking could have a better record

  • @flomogopher1 we're not bad this year. our team has so much potential when you look at percy harvin, adrian peterson, gerad allen. look at our scores this year, all very close games against some good teams. we just need to learn to finish our games strong and we could be winning more than half of the games we've played

  • @iWOMBOCOMBOyou you spelled jared allen wrong

  • @iWOMBOCOMBOyou we lost 10 games by 7 or less pts 2 losses were blow out bera and packer lost one by 10 to falcons which we had a shot at the 1 near the end. but we need another great wr threat to help score that 1 more td justin blackmon would be great or a nice FA like a v jackson d bowe d jackson or p garcon all would be nice and need a cb and lt

  • "we goin all the way this time"

  • Take into consideration the team he gets thrown into. I'm a die hard Vikings fan and I'll admit we aren't a good team this year. But he has shown ALOT to be excited about. He almost embarrassed the Packers and his first throw as a pro was a 74 yard touchdown. GO PONDER!!

  • @flomogopher1 his 2nd throw was a td the 1st was reviewed it was short then he had a 1 yard to shank

  • Make more highlight videos of PONDER!!!

  • We rebuild, starting with the secondary, then move to the offensive line, and along the way we pick up any WR's that can actually do something for us!

He will be great, he is the future!

  • Born and raised in WI on the packers and favre.

Sorry packers fans, i find Christian Ponder to be way more fun to watch than Aaron Rodgers, Ponder reminds me of a younger favre.

  • This kid is going to be a big threat someday.

  • @CederDUDE22 i beleave he will too he has saved the vikings for years too come from washed up QB's SKOL VIKES

  • thank the heavens for number seven

  • idk is hes aaron rodgers but if turns out to be half the player he is that'd be nice

  • He reminds me of a young Aaron Rodgers

  • @ZecrosYache I'm a Florida State fan and he's always seemed like an Aaron Rodgers-Steve Young hybrid, with Peyton Manning's ability to read defenses and change plays at the line.

  • @cnw8891 doesnt have the arm strength that they have though.

  • @knighthawk34ps3 How is this for arm strength?...Look up "Christian Ponder amazing play that got called back"

  • me and my family as viking fans love christian ponder rookies make mistakes and he will make mistakes i wont hold it against him he is the future of this team great video!!

  • 3:47..... totally holding on Clay Matthews lol but nice vid.... I LOVE Ponder!!!!

  • @CardCollector8 not at all, i thought this at first but if u look he just pushes him over with one arm

  • @Tuthill99 lol, are you kidding me? watch the WHOLE replay

  • @CardCollector8 Loadholt is just mad strong! Clay is off the juice and he gets tossed around like a ragdoll.

  • @Pigskin1126 You wouldn't be saying that if you were a Bears or Packers fan

  • says the packer fan. Looks to me he just got manhandled with one arm. Matthews is soft.

  • @Pigskin1126 My second favorite teams the Vikings though and a soft player's not gonna lead the league in sacks like Matthews did last year

  • @CardCollector8 lol what? You can't have the Vikes and Pack be your favorite teams. Mathews off roids = soft.

  • @Pigskin1126 umm, don't tell me who I can't have and he's not on steroids he's just gott 10x the muscle you'll ever have

  • @CardCollector8 idiot

  • @CardCollector8 Matthews has 3 sacks this season..

  • @Exessen I was talking about last year

  • just awesome, thats all i can say.

  • excellent, thank you

  • nice job and good song!
