pantera was a great band but ever since ive found god(LAMB OF GOD!) i cant recall the last time ive listened to dime.RIP, i fuckin love him....but these guys have clearly taken the wheel of the ship and KICK FUCKING ASS. i think the reason people compare these bands is because like dime, mr mark morton lays down some sick soulful bluesy riffs over metal and for some people i bet that helps fill the void that was left ever since darrell was taken from us...and i for one fucking love it
