@superjokerrr in a facial one of the steps in extractions and that removes pimples, and so does the zapper thing u see ;) and the mask draws out pimples and cleans deep into the skin to prevent breakouts and stop them ^.-

looks like two different photos, she just happens to be wearing the same earrings. First photo her head is leaning to her left the second her head is centred. So i would say its real.

as an esthetician, I can tell you that results like these can be obtained. I have no clue if this particular picture was photoshoped or not, but I have seen result like these in about one month.
