It's difficult for me to make a video to show how I record, sorry. But it's not so hard to do it by yourself if you have:

an electric/acoustic guitar,

an audio adapter,

two softwares: Cool Edit Pro, and Windows Movie Maker

I used an audio adapter to connect my electric/acoustic guitar with computer, then record the sound, and record the video at the same time. Finally I just made them synchronized.
