@takuyayagami93 From my limited knowledge of moonspeak, you need to watch the event titled 甚大な被害 -before- 15:00 and go to the mall -before- 15:30 (i.e. 14:30 and 15:00, respectively). But you should do them earlier just to be safe.

Hinako seems to be pretty familiar with Keita, what with being the most eager to save him and calling his first name without honorifics; not to mention they're both from Osaka.
I know people are concerned with gameplay stuff, but at this point I'm more interested in character relationships and the story 'round here.
