Different continuity and Prof X and Magneto where allies who met at a psychiatric hospital in Israel. Allies until their conflicting ideologies pitted them against each other. Both men wanted to do good but because Magneto's experiences with Nazi occupation could not accept Xavier's optimistic vision of peace. This is what makes them such great characters. Not simply good guy vs bad guy but two friends at war with one another

But Havok is going to be in this movie, not sure how they're doing that since this should be well before he was born. He's at 1:02 I'm sure

can someone explain what is Sebastien Shaw ( Kevin Bacon's role) power. Wiki says he can manipulate kinetic energy, what does that mean exactly?

@pyropower When Shaw absorbs any kind of kinetic energy he becomes stronger. Punch him in the face, he absorbs the blow and becomes stronger. Hit him with a car, he absorbs it and becomes stronger. Drop him off of a building, he hits the ground and becomes stronger. He'll just stand there and let someone punch him repeatedly until he becomes so strong that he just one shots him in return.

@pyropower Shaw is the guy at the end stomping and creating the explosion. He can absorb energy and rechannel it in the form of explosions, etc.

I work in the film business. It's interesting what stirs people's passions. People often are more comfortable speaking out on issues like films they've seen or sports.
